Island View Inn and Cottages offers you comfortable accommodations featuring 300 feet of private beach on Lake Superior 
in addition to a secluded 14 acre wooded setting. Madeline and Basswood islands are just across the water.

Located on the shore of Lake Superior one mile north of Bayfield. Quiet and peaceful with fantastic views of the lake and islands. 
Our sandy beach is just a stroll from your Suite. B&B suites open all year, cottages open seasonally.

Choose from five clean, modern self-contained suites. Each suite includes: bathroom; kitchenette; dining area; living room; bedroom; and deck, patio,
or sitting area overlooking Lake Superior. Picture yourself sitting in an Adirondack chair with this view in front of you. 

All suites have a great view of Lake Superior.

                            

Sevona & Fedora B& B Suites Open All Year  

The B&B suites feature a full breakfast delivered to your suite in a covered basket at 8:30 AM. 
Enjoy your breakfast, and plan your day in the comfort of your private suite.

Hermit, Madeline & Basswood Cottages Open Seasonally (May through mid-October)
The three cottages include a continental breakfast which is provided in a basket for in-suite dining. 
Each of them has a wonderful view of Lake Superior.

Rates

B&B Suites (Sevona & Fedora) are open year-round and include a full breakfast delivered to your suite at 8:30 am.
Cottage Suites (Hermit, Madeline, Basswood) are open May thru mid-October and include a continental 
                              breakfast delivered to your suite at 8:30 to 8:45 am.

Additional charges over the double occupancy:

• Children (ages 7-15) $15.00 + tx per child per night. Children under 7 by special permission only.

• Adults: $25.00 + tx per person

• Maximum occupancy varies by suite.

Guidelines & Conditions

• Island View is a non-smoking property.
  

• No pets. 

• Reservation deposit is a minimum of one night rate
• Deposit is increased if staying 4 or more nights to 50% of room rate charge (deposit does not include tax)
  

• Cancellations with at least 15 days notice will be refunded to the credit card used to make the reservation.

• Cancellations with 14 or less days notice will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate for the deposit amount.

• Two night minimum is required during the high season, three night minimum during Applefest and some holidays.

Check in is 3:00pm or after, check out is 10:00am. Please, no early check-ins without calling ahead.
