2010 Rates & Guidelines

B&B Suites (Sevona & Fedora) are open year-round and include a full breakfast delivered to your suite at 8:30 am.
            May - October  -----  $155 per night + taxes (double occupancy)
            November - April ----   $99 per night + taxes (double occupancy)

Cottage Suites (Hermit, Madeline, Basswood) are open May thru October
            May - October  -----  $145 per night + taxes (double occupancy)

•  Occupancy for our suites is 2 adults

• Children (ages 7-17)  Children under 7 by special permission only (with additional security deposit).
• $30 summer / $20 winter + tx per person
• Adults (age 18+) 
• $45 summer / $35 winter + tx per person

Policies and Conditions

By reserving a suite at Island View, guests agree to the following policies:

• Island View is a non-smoking property.
• No pets please.  
• No candles or incense please.
• Suggested occupancy is 2, maximum occupancy 3 people per suite (Hermit maximum of 2). 
• Guests beyond double occupancy are charged extra per person.
  
• Minimum stays of two nights or more may be required.
  
• Check in is 3:00pm or after, check out is 10:00am. Please, no early check-ins.
  
• 2010 rates are quoted above.  Those will be the rates charged unless a special rate is applied. 
• Breakfast is served to the B&B suites only and is in-suite dining delivered at 8:30 AM.
  
  DEPOSITS
• Reservation deposit is a minimum of one night rate without tax.
• Deposit is increased if staying 4 or more nights to 50% of room rate total without tax.
  
  CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations with at least 22 days notice will be refunded.
  
• Cancellations with 21 days or less notice will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate, up until check-in date. 
• Full amount due becomes non-refundable on the date of check-in.
• Waived deposits will be treated according to our policy and charged the proper amount only if cancelled within 21 days of stay.
  
• Applefest (9/30-10/3/2010) deposit equals total charge including taxes and is non-refundable.
